When I was a young single guy (18-25) I had various partners that I would regularly visit for sex. They weren’t exactly secret, but we never dated, hung socially, and I never introduced them to my friends. These women were not traditionally attractive and/or were overweight. I loved the casual sex, but they weren’t girlfriend material. I didn’t lead any of them on. They all seemed eager and happy. By your definition of secret nearly everyone I’ve ever slept with was in secret, although I’m not a good sample. I’m essentially an orphan and I have no “friend group” only a collection of weirdos I hang out with individually. Aka everyone in my life is a secret person by your definition.
