Am I missing a link to the list of names?

Joseph Gordon Levitt wasn’t one I would have predicted.

Just saw the list, Joseph Gordon Levitt is surprising. He was a child actor tho so it makes me wonder if he was abused and used it for leverage

JGL was (is?) a vocal advocate of repealing Section 230 liability protections for online content platforms. I want to believe his heart was in the right place, but he seemed to have a fundamental misunderstanding of the issues at play and I could see him being swayed by Thiel’s negative aura.

Yeah, I remember he played a role as a pretty young teenager I wanna say where he was molested by his baseball coach and then sexually assaulted another kid. And it was all super dark. So I just gotta assume he has some first hand knowledge with folks who have been abused at the very least if not been abused himself. I hope he’s just going to see what the other side is doing to better know the enemy but for all we know his name on the list is a red herring or even an inside joke for all we know.

The list does not indicate whether any of those named are members, conference participants or guests of Dialog. Other exposed data, however, provides greater detail into those associated with the organization.

We probably shouldn’t run after those guys with our pitchforks just yet, it doesn’t mean much at this point.

I don’t know why, but I always kinda got the libertarian vibes from him. His clip show or however you’d describe it just seemed off to me, like he was trying to sell people something.

They aren’t libertarians, they are setting up complete surveillance of the population, the exact opposite of libertarianism. They are technofascists, aspiring to be technofeudalists.

He’s not wrong though. Those who both call themselves libertarian and lean that way are big into MAGA shit. Source: used to work for libertarian think-tank in misguided days of yore and am still chilled by it all. But I get your point that they’re hypocrites/liars. Big-time creeps, some of them.

The libertarian party was long ago seized by the oligarchy that is very true. David Koch ran for president several times for them decades ago even. David was just a dumbass playboy to be sure, Charles Koch was/is the one running the evil empire of Koch Industries, but still.

I would like to know more about this work with the think tank even if you probably don’t want to share the exact name, like what were they into? I know Cato actually is not all bad nowadays, there are a few issues they aren’t totally fucked on, for instance I think they came out against pretti’s assassination, what else, I forget.

It’s a low bar obviously they are fucking tools don’t get me wrong.
