For instance, the propaganda disseminated from the White House is very different than a CIA campaign in Iran meant to sow discontent.
Knowing the source and what they are trying to convey is paramount in understanding it. Sometimes just the act of communicating itself can relay important information.

Like I said, you can see USA is number 1 with China number 2. China does not officially consider Uyghur detention. If they did it would add possibly one million more to this number bringing China to number 1. I thought I already covered this when I referenced my postulation.
