This looks like flat earth level of conspiracy theory. I think it’s actually to dumb to be real state run propaganda.
Actual propaganda says stuff like: “Ukraine is predominantly Russian so Pulters is in the right to take it” or “NATO attempted to make their foothold in Ukraine threatening Russia, so Russia had to defend itself.”
This on the other hand is nothing but pure idiocy. It’s tankiest shit I’ve read since months.
