Well, I’m glad to say I kept the fish’s promise.

That scene with Caine and the Moon broke me, its so tender and the line delivery of both voice actors were phenomenal, so much emotion.

“You know, I never programmed you to say you loved me”.

GOD, its so good, I’m even tearing up a little writing this.

I fully believe this is Caine realising the NPC’s are more human and more complicated than he ever intended, and if this show were to ever get a continuation or any crumb of extension in any form, I would love them to explore this revelation further.
