Just a fine mince and some tofu crumbled. And you cook it up in a frying pan with taco seasoning just like you would taco meat. At least that’s the way I do it 😁 you convince onions in there too or peppers, if you mince anything small enough and put taco seasoning on it it looks like taco meat
