We used something like this when my wife was pregnant. There was a video every week, and the lady said things like “by this time your baby should be xyz”.

After she gave birth, I joked that there were additional videos that were just after shooting the official ones, with her just smoking and saying “the fuck? You still haven’t given birth???”
