I’m retired from an IT position with a community college. I have a wife, two cats, a house, and a Honda Accord. I work out 4 days a week.
I’m also autistic. And this administration has openly discussed forcing me into a work camp.
Both my wife and I are disabled. Fortunately, we don’t live in a fascist hellhole anymore. We left the US in 2002.
Where did you go and how? It seems like options are limited unless you’re lucky enough to have some kind of tie to another country already.
in-demand technical skills can get you out of the US. There are lots of companies in the EU that will import you, basically. You won’t make US money, but overall quality of life is arguably better over here.
I know a lot of countries expect you to have a job lined up already, as a first step. Are there any particular places to look to apply for jobs willing to sponsor?
AND a Honda Accord?!
