I want to know why she decided to go with it publicly, yet did not press charges.
It’s actually very common. Look into prosecution of sex crimes. It’s illuminating. And maddening.
But if she was willing to go with it publicly, why not file charges?
Because of what pressing charges in a sexual assault case entails for a victim. Again, look into it.
