What organs are homolagous to the female equivalents?

Also, do female have a perineum or does the vagina take up all that space from hole to hole?

    But what vestigal tissue in males is homolagos to the uterus, also cervix?

      It’s absorbed into somatic epithelial material. The tissue is there, it’s just not in an organized state. If it doesn’t form a homologous organ it’s not “gone” exactly, it’s just not being used as an organ.
