I agree, and it is a good example for your point, but i disagree with that point and can’t be bothered enough to give some examples to support my counter-argument. I’m totally fine with you thinking he is incompetent, i have no stake in this. But i believe you underestimate Rutte if you put him aside an an incompetent puppet, because i think he does gets things done. Not saying i like those things though. I wonder what nato and the west would be like if there was a very different sg at nato.
