The old gal passed away about 20 years ago and I’m a sentimental idiot. I have a few items in the house that are not allowed to fail, this is one of them.
This igniter is mounted in a very handy location by the stove for cooking, but it frequently gets knocked off. Yesterday I managed to drop it in a bucket of water. I disassembled it, cleaned it, dried it and now it works perfectly.
Forget supercars, this is the pinnacle of Italian engineering.
