The one millionaire guy that reduced his salary and raised the minimum wage of every employee is on the right track, but that’s not enough, every laborer should be the owner of his own labor and therefore be a direct recipient of the gains of such labor; without a union we’re counting on individuals to do the right thing and funnel the profits and revenue accordingly.
However 100 and such years of capitalism have shown us that we can never trust those in power.
