Here I am trying to figure out how to build a mini-trailer for my electric scooter. And there are people out there building monowheels! I really need to up my game!
Monowheels fell out of fashion very fast and never became much more than a sci-fi novelty for one very important reason: they had a bad habit of losing balance at high speeds. They’re stable as long as they maintain forward momentum, but the slightest cross-breeze or lapse in focus, and you go skidding.
