Summary

Clips are a common feature on flashlights. They make it easy to attach the flashlight to a pocket or a belt. In some cases, the clip can also be useful during operation, allowing you to keep your hands free. And on some models, the clip is even an integral part of the design.

The Wurkkos HD03 is such a clip flashlight. It features three channels for a spot light, flood light and colorful RGB lighting. With its clip and the integrated magnet, it can be mounted in many ways.

This is a surprisingly decent light for the money. I have two. One in the tool bag for roadside repairs. I greatly prefer the clothespin type clip over a flat spring type for one handed operation and ease of attaching it to a flimsy cloth lapel or button down shirt. The only thing I count as a miss is the orientation of the clip. Operation requires squeezing the lens of the light which has a fresnel surface. If your hands are dirty as they often are in the field when making motorcycle repairs, you will dirty the lens which is difficult to clean.
