Yeah like what even is the arrest for? In this scenario it seems like the ICE members clearly didn’t register as a flight risk and weren’t trying to fight her for no reason. So to arrest someone in the U.S. you standardly have to give someone a reason you are being detained.
The fact that this isn’t ending in thousands of lawsuits is crazy.
We can only dream that one day even these ICE members who aren’t beating her are imprisoned for all the illegal acts they are performing.
Lawsuits won’t fix a lawless society
We don’t need to dream of consequences for these fascists, but people are too scared
All the more red flags that fascists can’t be voted away…
