What was the magic hypo serum they used? Was it the lost Captain America serum? Or has that been referenced / used before somewhere else in universe that I don’t recall?
I’ve been playing FO 76 like a maniac lately and it sure read like Psychojet to me.
It makes sense to me that the Fed would have access to drugs like these, can’t imagine their use is encouraged though.
