Samsung today announced that it's pre-installing the Amazon Music app on millions of select Galaxy phones and tablets globally.

Preinstalling an app in the phone factory is different from “installing an app on your phone”. The actual article says nothing about this happening to phones that were already sold. Only the headline makes this claim.
