maybe not full genitals but uterus/testicles might actually work and be easier, they do not need nerve attachments and might act as permanent HRT. wont be functional for reproduction or sex, but might make the patient no longer need to take pills injections.

But unless we include nerve attachments for the tests trans men will never know what it feels to get kicked in the balls, which is probably for the best
