My typical morning breakfast stalwart. Oatmeal and banana microwaved with frozen berries added to it. Sometimes I add date syrup or use other fruit.

    Thanks! These are 5 minute oats, I prefer steel cut too but these are so fast. I like 5 minute better than the quick cooking. It is 1 cup oats, 2 cups water, a banana microwaved until it cooks up then I add frozen blueberries and some date syrup if I have.
