This is kinda/sorta the plot of Alien, just with the species reversed. I love it. You could change the setup where the aliens respond to a distress call from a “Space Family Robinson in stasis” situation.
It’s a woman breastfeeding in a public area and the aliens attack her with a flamethrower. They miss and the baby pukes breast milk over the aliens and it burns through their skin like acid.
When I casually read the OP I was thinking of Aliens as the Xenomorphs rather then the all inclusive “alienes” they clearly intended, and thought… “Ooh a serial killer, so they lay eggs in his chest just like any other human? Hardly seems noteworthy.”

And the ‘body horror scene’ isn’t the baby alien coming out of the dudes’ chest, is the baby coming out of the mommy’s womb.
