Tankies keep posting “NATO-backed Zionists” on the comm. It’s completely delusional because China, Russia, India, etc. all support Zionism as well. I was banned for pointing this out. I knew I was going against tankie narratives so I’m not surprised. It’s still pretty pathetic. Tankies literally value their alt-empire over actual meaningful anti-zionism.

FWIW I’m not especially anti-tankie either. I consider them the same as libs. People who are def better than fash but not necessarily allies.

Edit: While I’m complaining… It’s worth pointing out that the palestine comm at lemmy.ml is basically spam. There’s people distracting with their NATO/Russia politricks.
