My FYP is full of food people and one of them walks around NYC getting food. Saw him getting a store bought version of this and thought it would be simple to make at home. I used Hillshire Farms sandwich meat for my pastrami but I’m not going to complain. It was excellent. Thick cut fresh pastrami I am sure would be better but we all work with what we have.
