I try not to talk about my opinion on these matters much because I know nobody gives a fuck but I actually think the underlying technology is pretty interesting and cool.
My issue is that evil men are doing evil things with it.
If GPT models were just a quirky little toy you could play with on the internet and not the latest and greatest and destroying the planet’s ecology and also the economy I’d think they were kind of neat.

The people behind AI undoubtedly are the issue. However, i believe that they have pumped it with so much greed and bile that it will take a lot to redeem it.
