A long time ago I saw a website that had a sort of humorous dictionary on it. The entry for DEA always stuck with me:
D.E.A. - Distiller’s Enforcent Apparatus. An army of masked thugs licensed to rob, defame, kidnap or kill those suspected of preferring other drugs over alcohol.
