In addition to the other reply, I have a set of wüstof classics that I love (and have had for 20+ years). A couple of shun as well which have been great.
A note about the Henkels, make sure to get the ones that have 2 people on the logo (Zwilling like they said) not the one with 1 person. 2 is quality made in Germany. 1 is “internationally” made and of much lower quality.
