Faking gravity is probably way harder on a terrestrial station, but amplifying the effects of existing gravity becomes an option. A 50kg person with 250kg of training weights would have about the same amount of force on their feet on the moon as they would without the weights on earth. Sure, momentum would act differently, but you could always tweak the amount. Probably easier than extra rocket launches, at least.
By “we” do you mean humans, or women? As long as the muscle wasting/bone density thing is addressed I’d say yes to one of these
