Pre-workout snack. Lightly salted rice cakes with Nonfat Greek Yogurt. Cheddar Popcorn seasoning and Frank’s Red Hot, Cinnamon and Sugar-free maple syrup, Black Cocoa and homemade chocolate syrup.

    Recipe posted under another comment. I’ll copy it up to the main post. I use a combo of erythritol and sucralose, but feel free to sweeten however you choose!
