Explicitly useful literally, describing a “ton” of concrete is an ambiguous linguistic expression and by using the word literally they denote an actual unit of measurement. Unfortunately they didn’t specify which ton they mean, but regardless the order of magnitude is generally conveyed in a properly useful way.
