In the Odyssey ( 2026 ) I actually had a lot of fun watching this movie and enjoyed it without needing to overanalyze every detail and check if it is historically accurate, that’s because I am not an insufferable human being.

It’s aight. A fun action movie that has the events from the books. Left out the funniest cyclops interaction, but I guess that was the tone he was going for. It is more of a movie about the events that happen to the guy rather than him using his wits to navigate the events, so it falls short of the book there.
Nolan also managed to be offensive with the bhuomp noise. Once or twice is annoying, more than that and my girl was holding her ears.
