I’m surprised women put it off more than men. That’s a stereotypical male thing to do. Unless women are expected to have more appointments (e.g. gynecologist), so there’s more things to put off?
I wish it was just “more to put off”. Despite any technological advancements, most American doctors still treat women like their broken leg is just hysteria brought on by their period and here have some anti-depressives to fix it.

Or… women are still underemployed, underpaid and underinsured compared to men.
