I would advise against direct awakening for a teenage brain. A strong sense of the “self” is important to develop and nurture in the first years. Weakening that will not be beneficial in the long run for that individual.
The app itself has Sam interviewing established meditation teachers. There are courses from these meditation teachers. Lectures/talks. Tons of guided meditations all divided into different categories/flavors.
The purpose of all this is to help towards awakening but it can also be used as “just meditation support”.
For a teenager with anxiety i would rather recommend CBT (cognitive behaviour therapy) which I myself have done for anxiety. It really helped a lot!
Good luck! ❤️
