If you can die in an industrial accident at 14, you should be able to enjoy the great taste of beer after work - even if you still have to wait for the alcohol.
Not just the children - under age also includes teenagers and young adults in this case. Honestly, indoctrination has always been the case, since there is a push that drugs are harmful for all, why not indoctrinate the youngest of all: children. By the time they grow up to be teens they will be addicts.

I suspect this is legal because “under aged” in the US doesnt explicitly mean “under 18”, since the legal drinking age is 21.
