I feel one issue that is being ignored is we don’t know who from the airline was initially involved and what they were told. What we do know is ICE is notorious for being duplicitous.

While Delta is just another vehicle for the accumulation and concentration of wealth, its employees, the people with whom TSA and ICE directly interface, are largely everyday people like you and I. Without more information, those criticizing the actions of the airline and by extension its employees are doing such based on assumption. They’re likely victims of ICE as well, if to a much lesser degree.
