Elden ring runs poorly on everything… It’s badly coded.
Steam machine literally runs Linux. So, the world’s biggest gaming store trusts it. The world’s biggest mobile system. The world’s biggest VR manufacturer. Etc
You mentioned dx12, but most game engines used offer multiple backends specifically because engines like vulkan is more portable and works on more platforms
You simply throw things into AI to get the responses you want. Which is also why your posts say weird things like “Linux doesn’t work well without ECC” or “our APIs don’t change”. Or even that weird post that suggests that metal in macOS killed Linux gaming (few devs are limiting their major games to just macOS)
Your idea of professional is using Gemini or Claude.
In my case, no man’s sky was literally unplayable on Windows on rog Ally, and because steam uses their own compositor in Linux, it resolved all the issues with games not closing properly, etc which armory crate can’t fix.
Don’t really care to read coping. Paying a premium for a graphics card to run 15% sub par and trying to justify it by making sacrifices is pretty pathetic.

Weird how no professional benchmarks are attached. Almost like you grabbed that statement from Gemini.
I guess you don’t cope as well when you can’t ban people from commenting.
Guessing AI doesn’t have any real response to Nvidia choosing Linux, or why Microsoft just ramped up Windows OEM costs
