The defense should get away with the arrest being unlawful given what you said. I don’t think anyone here thinks she’s perfectly innocent, but if you see the video you already know she’s being unlawfully assaulted by a jackass of a police officer.

Even self destructive teens have rights, after all. They’re generally victims of an already unjust society.
