Easy. They just drive the truck into the water frontwards (note the angle of the boat) and float the boat on. Just like with a trailer. Obviously, they’ve done a hundred thousand dollars worth of modifications to the truck to make it completely water tight, and added ballast in the bed to ensure it can’t float. All completely reasonable.
