Irish stew, nothing new. 🙄😂But finally polished off the rest at lunch.

I’ll make a pesto pasta when I get home, with roasted carrots on the side. I have a lot of carrot top greens now, so I’ll make more pesto on the weekend when I can get some nice, fresh basil!
