As an experiment to see if I can just rapidly cultivate it in a tiny area. It’s been growing like crazy and I haven’t needed to do basically anything.

      Treating it like a video game min/maxing, if the goal was the grow biomass as fast as possible with the least amount of effort possible. Unfortunately I don’t have any ducks to feed it to, maybe my dog will eat it? He likes eating grass sometimes.

        Humans can eat it too. Remarkable nutrient profile, high in protein, omega3 and b12, for a plant. Probably best to cook and drain out as much of the oxalates as possible though. I’m getting notions of duckweed & cottage cheese.
