    Good. Every healthcare worker should be in a union, and even entry level patient care jobs should pay at least 70k a year. In larger cities like nyc and San Francisco they should be making at least 100k, nursing should be the same only with an extra 40-70k a year added. A medical doctor shouldn’t make less than 500k a year, base. Not ‘well if you get enough RVUs you could make that much’

    Then cap charges to patients/insurance for medicine, supplies and services. Suddenly the only fat left to trim is the c-suite and the multiple layers of upper middle management.
