San Francisco 49ers owner Jed York was arrested in East Palestine, Ohio, over the weekend for engaging in prostitution, court documents show. He pleaded no contest to misdemeanor charges of disorderly conduct and possessing criminal tools.
I’ve never heard of paraphernalia referred to that way either. The lock picking stuff or “tools of the trade” is what came to my mind too but this guy is a billionaire I assume and they have a different set of rules we’re not privy to.

Seems like he was “slumming it”, and got put into the system before he could make his phone call.
