DSPS — delayed sleep phase syndrome — is a common comorbidity in those with autism and adhd! Unfortunately I also learned this through personal experience. Hoot hoot. 🦉
Some people in the fediverse suck at handling neurodivergence respectfully. It’s really disheartening when they treat being different like you personally insulted them.
