Top of the Pops - the only thing I think it could mean is in reference to the BBC music charts show. So it’s possibly a music term for top of a music chart.
I saw what they were getting at with three of the blue items, but ran out of guesses trying to find the fourth. Oh well, the rest was too British for me, anyway.
