I’m so confused. Was this intentional? Did AI backfire and they uploaded the output anyway? Was it malicious compliance?

    It would be cool if it were feasible, but I also wanna know exactly what the end product will look like. I’ve seen a few of these generated pics on Wayfair, and outside of cost, what else would they be reducing by cutting out the physical model and people involved? Like won’t the return rate go up and then cost them (significantly) more anyway?

    Oh wait, it is just about line go up.

        I’d much rather have low-quality shots of the actual product than AI generated images that may or may not somewhat resemble the actual product.

        A modern smartphone would take a good shot.

        They just can’t be bothered to mock it up, I guess.
