              The USSR didn’t enter Poland until after the Polish government fell. The alternative was to just let Nazi Germany have all of Poland. Which you would have preferred, of course.

      No? The USSR was responsible for 80% of Nazi deaths, and was the last major power to sign a temporary non-aggression pact. Meanwhile, western countries were trading and working with the Nazis until the eve of war, some even during it.
