This an update to my computer woes that I made in previous RDs latest of which is linked here.
The broken monitor I’ve been struggling with then has finally died a day after I made the update to that comment. I felt compelled to buy a replacement one or risk losing more work time to troubleshooting. Goodbye 6.5kPhP. I finally managed to install it just earlier. However, there’s something very slightly wrong with it.

I bought a larger monitor than the one it replaced. And worse, I only noticed what was wrong after I installed it.
