Often, the innocent civilians, particularly the children targeted, are children or immediate family of high ranking military personnel. They want the people making important decisions to be in a compromised state of mind. Not only is it not an accident, it’s the fucking strategy.

Often, the innocent civilians, particularly the children targeted, are children or immediate family of high ranking military personnel.
They want the people making important decisions to be in a compromised state of mind.
