For sure. You’re going to wind up with a blade that’s noticeably narrower than when you started, though, once all the material is removed to get the edge straight again.
If it were me I wouldn’t even bother to take a stone to that until I buzzed it edge first into my belt grinder to straighten it out. Then I’d grind a new edge into it.
