According to earlier reporting the the Telegraph at least in the initial wave of attacks, they used some shitty AI fed with old data and nobody cared to vet them. The building of hospital used to be military installation ages ago. They also attacked a random park because it’s called Police Park and everything containing the word Police must be a target.
Basically, they pretty much literally asked some AI to list all military and police locations and their GPS coordinates and shot missiles at those.
