    Honestly though, have conversations about your salary with your coworkers. My coworker was making HALF of what everyone else was making.

      I found out one of my coworkers 2 years everyone else’s senior was making the same amount I was as a new hire. He pointed it out to HR and they fixed the “mistake”

        At one company I worked at for 3 years I found out the new hires that I was training were making 15% more than me. HR refused to adjust my pay because “the pay of your peers has no relation to your pay rate”. So I spent a couple weeks finding a new job while documenting nothing I was working on, then took two weeks off and then handed in my two weeks once that was approved.

        Fuck corporate
